Sérgio Cristo is an internationally certified Yoga Teacher (KRI, London) with over 15 years of experience. A gifted multi-instrumentalist, composer, music therapist, sound therapist, and educator in therapeutic instruments, he combines music, sound, and holistic practices to create transformative experiences.
Having released three albums, Sérgio has developed and led numerous innovative projects, including Sons Mágicos (Magic Sounds), Esthesia, Tribal Gong, Asanas to the Rhythm of Sound, and Simran – New Age Music, bringing together sound, movement, meditation, and healing arts.
