Catarina Ferreira is a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner dedicated to creating immersive experiences that promote deep relaxation, presence, and inner re-connection.
With over 10 years of experience teaching yoga and 7 years of practicing sound healing, she has guided classes, meditation retreats, workshops, and sound journeys.
Her approach combines sound, breath-work, meditation, and mindful presence, creating safe spaces where participants can slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with the present moment.
In her sessions, she uses gongs, crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, drums, chimes, and other vibrational instruments to create rich and immersive soundscapes that invite rest, contemplation, and inner exploration.
After living in London for several years and collaborating with retreats and wellness spaces, Catarina now dedicates herself to sharing transformative experiences through the power of sound.
