Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at: orders@prakazitazen-ctuary.com or via our contact page at prakazitazen-ctuary.com.
Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specification
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery (e.g. incense, ritual oils) where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons
EU Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution, but you may use this platform to submit a complaint.
