Orders & payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery We ship across Portugal, Spain, and the European Union. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Returns & consumer rights EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including exemptions and the return process, are set out in our Legal Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

Governing law These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
