Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship and How long does shipping take?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Shipping is currently only in the European Union and often takes 1-10 days depending on your location from Portugal. Note that we only use reputable services such as DPD, GLS and CTT (within Portugal)  
Can I return or exchange and item?

Unused and unopened items can be returned at the buyers expense within 10 days of receiving them. Please get in touch to arrange a return. Please inspect your order and let us know ASAP if your item arrives damaged or the wrong items were sent and we will handle this differently. Custom and final sales orders are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Please refer to our Shipping Page to see shipping rates within Portugal, Spain or within the European Union
