Are the crystals in your online shop real or synthetic?

All crystals sold in this shop are natural stones. Items are hand-selected and inspected before purchase, sourced from trusted suppliers with decades of experience in the field. Occasional beads in bracelet collections may be colour-treated or aura-coated — this is always disclosed in the product description. These are still natural stones; the treatment is cosmetic only. Note: we are not certified gemologists, but we have over a decade of hands-on experience identifying authentic crystals.

Where do your crystals and spiritual products come from?

Our crystals are sourced primarily from two established suppliers in Portugal and one in Hungary. These suppliers have operated for decades and have built strong reputations in the mineral and crystal trade. They source from major crystal-producing regions worldwide, including Brazil, Africa, and South America. We prioritize suppliers who share our commitment to quality and responsible sourcing.

Are products energetically cleansed before shipping?

Yes. All handmade products are gently cleansed before leaving the shop using a smokeless smudge spray and left on a selenite charging plate overnight. We are not Reiki practitioners and do not perform formal rituals, but we bring positive and intentional energy to the creation of every item. We recommend performing your own cleansing ritual upon receiving any energetically charged products, as this personalizes the item to your energy and intention.

How do I know the tarot decks you sell are quality?

We currently carry a curated selection of tarot decks available locally through reputable Portuguese suppliers. We are actively expanding our range to include rare and traditional decks through a specialist tarot retailer.

How long does shipping take for online spiritual and crystal orders?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. We use CTT, DPD, and GLS — reliable carriers that serve Portugal and the EU. Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination but we aim for prompt dispatch. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship crystals and esoteric products internationally?

We currently ship within the European Union. International shipping outside of Europe is not yet available, but we are actively exploring this. If you are located outside the EU and would like to receive our products, please contact us — your interest helps us prioritize expansion to new regions.

What is your return and exchange policy for spiritual products?

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receipt, at the buyer's expense. Please contact us to arrange the return before sending anything back. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we handle this differently — contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable.

Is my payment information safe when ordering from your shop?

How do I choose the right crystal for me?

Crystal selection is both intuitive and intentional. Many practitioners recommend holding or simply looking at different crystals and noticing which one draws your attention or creates a physical sensation — a warmth, a pull, or a sense of calm. Trust your instincts. You can also choose based on a crystal's traditional properties and associations — browse our product descriptions for guidance on what each stone is known for.

How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?

Cleansing removes accumulated or unwanted energies from a crystal; charging re-activates and amplifies its natural properties. Safe cleansing methods include: moonlight (safe for all crystals), smoke cleansing with herbs, sound cleansing with a singing bowl or tuning fork, briefly burying in earth, or placing on a selenite or clear quartz plate.

Important: certain crystals including selenite, malachite, halite, and lepidolite should never be submerged in water, as they are water-soluble or may deteriorate. When charging in sunlight, note that extended exposure can fade coloured stones such as amethyst, rose quartz, and aquamarine.

How do I care for my Stretch Bracelets?

Always put your elastic bracelet on the right way. This is one of the main factors in bracelets that don't last. Never put on your bracelet by stretching it over your hand. As much as possible, roll it over your hand without excessive pulling. As much as you can... Keep the bracelet away from soap, perfumes, hair and skin products, sunscreen, salt water, etc. Many of the products we use every day can degrade the quality of the elastic over time. 

What is the difference between tarot cards and oracle cards?

Tarot decks follow a standardized structure of 78 cards: 22 Major Arcana, which represent major life themes and archetypes, and 56 Minor Arcana divided into four suits. This structure is consistent across nearly all tarot traditions, making it a learnable, transferable system. Oracle cards have no set structure — the number of cards, themes, and imagery are entirely determined by the deck's creator. Oracle decks tend to be more accessible for beginners due to their open-ended, intuitive nature. Tarot offers a deeper, more structured framework for those interested in a comprehensive symbolic system.

How do I safely burn incense, sage, or palo santo at home?

Always burn on a heat-safe surface such as an abalone shell, ceramic dish, or dedicated incense holder with a catch tray to collect ash. Never leave burning materials unattended. Ensure proper ventilation — open a window so smoke can circulate and exit. Resins such as frankincense or copal require a charcoal disc and a heat-safe censer. People with asthma, respiratory sensitivities, or pet birds should use smokeless alternatives such as spray mists, essential oil diffusers, or sound cleansing — birds are highly sensitive to smoke and airborne particles.

What do I need to set up a basic spiritual altar?

A traditional altar represents the four classical elements: Earth (crystals, salt, soil, or plants), Air (incense, feathers, or bells), Fire (candles), and Water (a bowl of water, shells, or a small cauldron). Beyond this framework, an altar is a personal space — add objects that hold meaning for your practice, such as deity figures, photos, written intentions, or symbolic items. There is no single correct format. Begin with what resonates and build over time. A windowsill, shelf, or small dedicated surface is sufficient. Cleanse the space before setting it up.

What is the difference between smudging and smoke cleansing?

Smudging is a specific sacred ceremonial practice belonging to many Indigenous peoples of North America. It involves burning particular herbs — most commonly white sage, sweetgrass, or cedar — within a ritual context that carries deep cultural and spiritual significance. Smoke cleansing is a broader, culturally non-specific practice of using herbal smoke to clear energy, found across many traditions globally: incense in East Asia, frankincense in the Middle East and Catholic traditions, copal in Mesoamerica. Non-Indigenous practitioners are generally encouraged to use the term 'smoke cleansing' to honour the distinction between their personal practice and Indigenous ceremony.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Shipping is currently only in the European Union and often takes 1-10 days depending on your location from Portugal. Note that we only use reputable services such as DPD, GLS and CTT (within Portugal)  

Can I return or exchange and item?

Unused and unopened items can be returned at the buyers expense within 10 days of receiving them. Please get in touch to arrange a return. Please inspect your order and let us know ASAP if your item arrives damaged or the wrong items were sent and we will handle this differently. Custom and final sales orders are non-refundable.
