Shipping to Portugal

We ship all orders from Setúbal, Portugal.

Orders within Portugal are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

We offer Free shipping on orders over €100.

Orders under €100 ship as follow:

  • Up to 500 grams - €7.50 
  • 501 - 2000 grams - €9.50
  • Heavy orders exceeding 2kg (up to 5 kg) will ship for €18.00 

Shipping to Spain

  • Orders €125 and above ship FREE. (must not exceed 1kg)
  • Orders under €125 ship for €8.50 (up to 1 kg).
  • Heavy orders 1kg-4kg ship for €18

Shipping within the European Union

We ship to all EU countries with delivery typically within 5–10 business days.

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over €150 - weight must not exceed 1kg
  • Orders up to 1 kg in total weight - Flat fee of €15
  • Orders 1kg-4kg - Flat fee of €25

Shipping spiritual products outside the European Union

We currently do not ship outside the EU, but we are exploring this options.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

Fragile & Heavy Items

Crystals, statues, and ritual tools are carefully packaged for safe arrival. Additional handling time or shipping costs may apply to spiritual items.

Where do you ship and How long does shipping take?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Shipping is currently only in the European Union and often takes 1-10 days depending on your location from Portugal. Note that we only use reputable services such as DPD, GLS and CTT (within Portugal)  
Can I return or exchange and item?

Unused and unopened items can be returned at the buyers expense within 10 days of receiving them. Please get in touch to arrange a return. Please inspect your order and let us know ASAP if your item arrives damaged or the wrong items were sent and we will handle this differently. Custom and final sales orders are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
